A Hassle-Free Experience

At Ministry of Decor, we strive to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. It is our endeavor to make your shopping experience seamless, enjoyable, simple, and hassle-free. Therefore, we ensure that every product you order is in perfect condition and that it reaches you within the time stipulated by us. We have carefully crafted our store policies to ensure fairness, clarity, and transparency in every interaction. Please do peruse our Shipping Policy.   • Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc.
  • Product should be unused and in the original condition.
  • Product can be returned for a store credit or a refund, processed within 7 working days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.
  • Ministry of Decor reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a store credit or refund. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we request you to get in touch with our team for a prompt resolution.

Ministry of Decor reserves the right to modify these policies at any time, with immediate effect upon posting on our website. Please review our policies before each purchase. By making a purchase on our website or in-store, you indicate your acceptance of these policies.

Shipping Policy:

  • Free shipping is currently available for furniture orders pan India.
  • If you choose store pickup, we'll notify you via email or message about the pickup date and time. We offer flexible options for the available pickup dates and timings, giving you flexibility in scheduling your visit.
  • Products will be delivered to the ground floor level, up to the point where the delivery truck is permitted. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to transport the products beyond this point.


  • Any damages incurred during shipping or defects in material or workmanship must be reported to us within 48 hours of product delivery. We will rectify the issue at no additional cost.
  • Ministry of Decor is not liable for defects resulting from improper storage, handling, maintenance, or use of the products.
  • Please address any queries regarding materials and finishes before placing your order.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the product is still in the production/pre-production stage. Cancellations cannot be processed after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • In the event of damage or defects, please report the issue to our delivery personnel immediately upon receipt. We will assess the damage within 72 hours and provide an appropriate solution.
  • Orders cannot be refunded due to furniture not fitting through doorways; please ensure you review product dimensions before ordering.
  • All damage/defect concerns must be submitted within 48 hours. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
  • For fragile products, customers are requested to provide an unboxing video in case of damage or defect.

What's Eligible for Return or Replacement?

  • Defective items that hinder their intended use due to manufacturing flaws.
  • Items that differ from the product image on our website in dimension, shape, or color.
  • Non-functional items that are dead on arrival, such as those requiring batteries or electrical sources.

What's NOT Eligible for Return or Replacement?

  • Claims regarding damage, incomplete products, or missing components must be made at the time of delivery or assembly.
  • Return requests due to installation issues or subsequent dismantling/reassembly for relocation will not be accepted.

Mode of Refund Payment:

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received at the Ministry of Decor warehouse.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days of initiation.


  • We offer customization in size and polish shade, with options available on our website or during workshop visits by appointment.
  • Veneer and laminate samples are provided for selection.
  • Ministry of Decor reserves the right to refuse customization orders and may charge a premium for these services.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that customized sizes do not compromise the structural stability of the product.
  • Please address all queries regarding customization before placing your order.
