  • Dispatch Times: Non-customized orders will typically be dispatched within 7-10 business days, depending on your location. Customized orders may take 6-7 weeks to be shipped.
  • Packaging: Your products will be delivered securely packaged. Open box delivery is neither facilitated by Ministry of Decor nor our shipping partners.

Delivery Time & Tracking Information:

  • Sit back and relax while we bring elegance to your doorstep! Normal delivery takes up to 7-10 business days from the day of order confirmation. Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver your package. In case of a missed delivery, re-shipping charges will be borne by you. Ensure your address includes your complete details, including zip code and mobile number, for faster delivery.

In such cases, neither we nor our logistic partners provide shipping and delivery services to these unserviceable areas, and we may be unable to process orders from such locations.   • If you're unavailable during delivery attempts, our logistic partners will make a maximum of 3 attempts to deliver the purchased Product(s) to you. In case the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful and you're still unavailable, we reserve the right to recall the product back to our warehouse. For product re-delivery after the 3rd failed attempt, you will be responsible for the associated shipping and delivery charges.
